| I can understand why people get into meditation but I've never met anyone who has tried to undergo an out of body experience. If you do it, will you be able to see family and friends go about their usual business without them seeing you? Well, if this is so, you'll find out what other people think of you or if they think of you at all. What good does it really do to anyone who does it? |
| This kid of experience is really worthwhile. As you know, meditation has really a very nice effect not only to the feelings of a person but to the totality of well being. I am also inspired by the words of the speaker on the video. I think he really has an unusual experience to be apart from the physical body. I wonder how it is exactly done, and how wonderful the experience is. |
| Hi there! It is really an unusual meditation, never heard of that before. I really hope it is true. Being out of your body is really impossible, had any one tried it? I think, it is really scary to think that someone would detached him self in his body and try to call it meditation. Thanks you so much to all of you guys and have a great day to all! |
| "Attachment"
Why are people so attached to physical things... all we know is that one day we will lose our body when we die... so why not lose it now and then for fun and to realize there is more to life (and death) than just our bodies! |
| What is this guy going on about? I'm not making fun of him at all but just asking, what is he talking about? Cold blasts of air with paralyzed limbs? Does anyone have the links to the first two parts of this? |
