What do you want to achieve for yourself with a distance learning doctoral degree? Some folks are simply interested in learning. Some want to achieve the next higher university degree. Others want to achieve some professional goal. And other folks want to prove something with their research and then change the world. For what reason do you want to earn your doctoral degree in a distance learning situation?

"Be an Agent For World Change"
I want to change the world. I have some ideas about how humans have evolved and how we use technology for that evolution. I have some ideas about how we have adapted our planet and how this adaptation has started to affect our health and our development. I want to research the impacts that I see in our world and ourselves and I want to perform some original research about these topics. I want to influence others with my ideas. I think that a distance learning, research-based doctoral program is the way I can accomplish my educational goals. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
