| Answers: Open Question: Do graduate schools accept Bachelor's degrees from  I need to know if the BS in Nutrition Science that I am working on right now will transfer to graduate schools. I don't have a particular graduate school in mind because my husband is military and we are stationed overseas. I have no idea where we will be in a few years. I need to know how to find out if my degree will be accepted. Any information would be appreciated. Kaplan is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission but that commission is not considered one of the major regional ones, I believe. Also I read the fine print at the HLC website and it reads that the accreditation is limited to professional programs. ??? I need some help with this. Could someone point me in the right direction? |
| Degrees from any accredited institution will be accepted. Kaplan University is fully accredited therefore the degree is totally genuine and will be fully accepted by grad schools. The only thing that might go against you is that although it is accredited it has a very low rating. I am sure you will find a grad school that will transfer credits. |

This institution is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission so I think you will be admitted to this institution as long as you have a very satisfactory GRE in academics. It would be better if you can check the official website of KAPLAN so that you can get better information of the courses they offer. |

You shouldn't worry as your degrees from any accredited institution will be enough. And Kaplan University is accredited, making the degree genuine and you can apply to any school. Being online, it will also support you in terms of your husband's transferable job. |
